Not only are all our transcriptionists trained inhouse but quality and care are always at the forefront of our transcriptionists mind. Additionally we always separately proof read each report to ensure our reports are always of the highest quality.

MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION TURNAROUND
Our standard turnaround time is 12 hour. We are constantly transcribing throughout the day therefore any dictations made via our toll free dictation number or uploaded using a digital recorder at any time during the day will be complete and available when our doctors come in the following day. Having reports available so quickly to our doctors gives us a unique service offering which our doctors enjoy.

MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION FLEXIBILITY
After 9 years we know that not all doctors are the same and different doctors/clinics have different requirements. As a company with real people, we do not use voice recognition sottware, the doctor can talk to us and provide report specific instructions. We are flexible and accomodating to our doctors needs.
We do not charge our doctors or clinics for changes to templates or updates to databases. There are no additional charges involved in our service giving clinics peace of mind.
We recently changed our telephone dictation system to a Toll Free number so that our doctors really do benefit from the full cost savings associated with our service.
